1. Return Period
You haveĀ 30 daysĀ from the date of delivery to request a return.
Products must beĀ unused, in theirĀ original packaging, and include allĀ tags and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return Procedure

Photos or videos (if the product is defective or incorrect)
Our team will respond withinĀ 3 business daysĀ with detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product isĀ received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to theĀ original payment methodĀ withinĀ 7 business days.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted forĀ defective or damaged items.
